Steel-feather cloak looks just like it, if it's just the look you're after.

Steel-feather cloak looks just like it, if it's just the look you're after.

But thing is that cloak of heavenly bodies fits in my template already since it has almost same stats as cloudsong. Steel feather cloak has crap utility too.
