Shouldnt say this as it might make it fotm and drive the prices up
but the proc rate is a little silly
I've had 5 procs in a row from it (have one on ranger)
thats 500 points of healing with 300 in DD damage to enemy at the same time

nice old fashioned skin too

its offhand usable

it basically either heals for 100, DD's for 80 or so, and often it does both when it double procs

went down to princess with ench+druid last night to farm some diamond seals as I usally do when bored
And i noticed that they have buffed the mobs in DF alot, a red and a purple mob almost killed my fully buffed ml9 pet, had to spam heals so druid got aggro
started pulling in the princess room,sent pet for a mob in the middle and boom whole room including princess and ambassador charged pet, had to heal like crazy and got aggro on druid who died

Moral of the story is... bring a mana menta
