not 40-50p as on CM's,
but tbo it worth whatever you are willing to pay

I payed, 4p800g three days ago for it in housing, the 800g part was because I was too lazy to run to the house..

So it cost 4p.

Its up alot, its quiet easy, it shouldnt cost any more than 7p ever, imo.
