Been trying to get them myself, damn that Razorfin is a hard bugger to find.

Aye, its a hard arti to find. Its not even 100% drop. Think its pretty low.

I use the leggings in my current template

Razorfin is the section you should avoid, sure the other 2 potentual side quests arnt as easy to do but for time scale they are faster if u have afew friends to pitch in.

Had to do Razorfin twice and the Thieving Octopus once to get mine and found that Razorfin is killed by passers by (ppl farming the densly populated spawns which razorfin passes though) and hes also to fast for a normal non speed class to catch if hes not in the rock area of his path.

Razorfin's Fin is a 100% droprate item

Razorfin's Fin may be 100% drop, but artifact is not, used about 3-4 Razorfin's Fins untill got Alvarus leggings finaly
Can it be you need to get quest first to get Razorfin's Fin to drop ?

Dont need the quest first, all the mobs for the 3 quests drop no matter what.

Try to F7 to find the legs on the floor after opening the chest as they dont go to your backpack
