http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=15739 says it's 60hits instead of 15hits.... meaning 15hits will be changed to 60hits? or it was originally 60hits and is now 15hits?

I was under the impression that it was 60hits in Alb and Hib, and 15hits in Mid and that the Mid version was increased to 60hits in 1.69.
