It isn't worth 20p thats for sure BUT +40 af makes a big difference and if you can work this into a template it is well worth having, anything that means you takes less damage is a good thing.

allot of items gives +af, so you will prolly owercap it in many templates with this item.. and the UV is way to low to use in any template that wants to cap ToA bonuses and resists etc

it prolly was +50 or something at ToA release, but got changed at the same time as +melle/casting/archery speed/damage etc
