So many items have +to af, only thing worth wanting about this ring is the +10 dex cap

still its not optimal for a caster class to have +af when they wont live longer with even +50 af vs a assist train of any sort, matters more for an/a inf/scout/minstrel/pala/reaver/ whatever class that could take a beating in a 1v1 sit and gain an upper hand vs his oponent by a higher AF
