nono .. don't confuse a hug 'n run with a run by hug... they are way way different!

A run 'n hug can start from a standstill position. You can be talking to the person and then all of a sudden you hug ... and run. Fun I admit but it lacks the finesse of a good run by hug.

A run by hug, you see, you start running ... towards a person ... you hug them and then you keep running!

you see now? Totally different .. and not to be confused with each other!

But don't worry it's a common mistake among run by hug noobs.
