My bet is that Mythics item maker deluxe 2004!! is setting stats after programming with the primary/secondary/tertiary stats

I would want dex on all cleric items but nooo.

10 of them? you would hafto farm for houers and houers and HOUERS for that theyr worth 5p easy, greate for cleric templates
