Don't condem people before you get the facts right, if it was FFA he had every right to roll. Add to that the fact that he was powerleveling a scout at the time that he has now abandoned, it isn't as if he rolled for it with the intention of denying it to someone else so that he could sell it. A FFA raid is exactly what it says on the tin, if people don't like that then they need to run hunts using another system.
