lol at the ridiculous price tbh, i know it's not up to me to decide the price, but this is just pure scamming. Any sight necro can kill this, and some rog belts have better stats.

Housing doesn't really give 'fair' prices, everything is overpriced there so ppl can make more money then they normally would if they would /y, cuz they dont have to be ashamed for high price they ask.

yes the price maybe quite high in your eyes (kinda harsh for ridiculous imo)

But if someone wants to buy it, then its still cheaper than on the market.

I agree that it can be obtained via a sight necro, but ive farmed for aurulites last 2months, and had it drop 2 times (so i thought it may be kinda rare)

For pve templates (arms/pally etc) they try to get cap %blocking (as 10% is max) this makes them already close to it.

Im sorry if this is alittle high on price, but im willing to listen to offers, if someone wants it for 5plat then fine, if someones willing to pay 7 then fine. If no-one wants it then ill find some noob to give it to.

I don't get why people have a go at those who sell items. Imo this is what you should do :-

1. Look at stats of said item - if you like then go to step 2
2. Check current market value on CM's
3. Find out if item is farmable and if you cba to do it. If not go to step 4
4. Make an offer/buy item - if you dont like price go to step 5
5. Wait for a cheaper one to come around

Imo if you don't like the price - THEN DON'T BUY IT!

Every seller has the right to put what price they like on the item - regardless of if you think its fair.

Good luck in selling your belt for lower than my one which is priced at 7p 500g

+ defense is not same as + blocking

only 3 items afaik that offer + blocking .. not even seen it on a rog

- damage, I am not very sure if it works against magical damage or not and when it is calculated off from the damage, but anyway, that's what it does.

very nice belt, and the 5% block sheild is realy nice to.. but very hard to get.. . there is other items with %block but appart from a ring wich is simmy crap. all of em are sucky for a lvl 50 pally (wich is proberly what you gonna use it on)

ye but cata gets farmed just a tad more on glasto than it does here

seriously those cata pve tanks bonuses are the SHIT! u get 10%block/parry/defence/evade and some %style end cost reduction and you are a GOD!!!
