Anyway , all you scouts out there, This is the 2ND best scout BP ingame, only the sidi one is better. Has an INSANE procrated. heals for 178 with 2 power relics. I'm using it and i got GSV at 10, this BP is the only good choice imo. Yesterday it saved my life vs paradox, it procced 4 times .... 4*178 = 712 heal = IP2 for free (almost).

Pre NF i did it once onmy necro and never again, close to 4 hours with necro+bb, after than used necro+bb+cabbie, 24 minutes per killl. As for the vagaries i could have helped you out there, had one until recently

i actually think its one of . if not "thee" best lookin scout vest ingame. but on my limited runs out with my scout i gonna have to agree on proc rate it dont seem to fire often, but there again i have hardly played my scout since nf..

p.s i have the friar version on my CM along with other stuff (POC studded heal proc sleeves , band of shadow , DBB ) and other nice stuff on my CM

my scout is 50 thrust spec ,,, i didnt spec him that way to sit in keep towers 24/7 hence i do roam when/if i play my scout (which aint often)
