if u have 100p, and ur cm has 101p and u withdraw it all u will now be left wit 1p -.- and goa wil only restore the plats that were on ur CM not in ur bags...so they seem to of changed it to 200p ( or 199p etc..)

eg. i got 200g on cm
/settle 20000

eg. 1 got 2p
/settle 200000

/settle deals in copper ...but i use /settle alot and that is the way it work
