as most casters doesnt need a secondary +skill

I found uv 138 scout belt cuz it had +4 melee skills among things on it it went down to like 85 "only" if you did it as +4 slash for example.

It's 82 UV if you only need 2 skills, it's 67 UV if you only need to cap 1 skills. High UV in any case 67 UV belt for reaver, for example
