How 'nice' can you be?

Boss wants me to write one for myself, then he'll read it over and give his thoughts etc. but I have no idea where to start.

Do I full out say how god damn good I am etc.?

For yourself? The whole point of a reference is to ask a 3rd party about you as a person surely

Just write down:

"I worked, wasn't late and my boss is an a-hole."

i see whats going on here, the boss is killing 2 birds with 1 stone. you write your self a reference and then hes gonna fire you. when you apply for the next job he can send off the reference you made your self.

an effective time saving method imo.
