As above, I'm putting together a PM on 'fake news'/alternative news/propaganda and aim to find an interesting angle which ties it to the juridical system. Any ideas on how to frame an interesting question here?
Pro memoria. Short essay, 4 pages + sources. I found the issue with fake news and what you can connect it with fascinating but haven't found an interesting question that i can work from and connect to my law-studies.
I was thinking along the lines of if lying/fake news contra human rights and in connection to the law, where does one draw the line, and who draws it. Am in the process of formulating it to above potato-standard.
