Wow, how things have changed

Well, after a ridiculously long absence from the game (um, 2 years?) I've decided to come back. Don't ask why, but I felt an "urge"...

Problem is i lost my old account details and had to start again, so changed my location. Hib on Excal is my new home as a luri mana chanter named Myon.

I have questions

- Is it just me, or is it incredibly difficult to get groups these days? lucky if there's 40 people between 1 and 20 on during primetime on saturday
Neaely at 20 though, hit 17 today so all those lev 50 alts will start to be in groups with me soon

- I heard rumours somewhere about a free level every week thing to help new folk up to the upper tiers, has this been implemented in Europe yet?

- I also heard that the level restrictions for groups has been relaxed. Again, is this in Europe yet?

- What's all this stuff with unique objects and artifacts? I don't have the Atlantis expansion, but could someone explain anyway?

PL seems to be very popular at the moment, so groups are rare

free level a week isnt implemented until NF (so 3-4 weeks i guess )

unique objects/artifacts are the new "super" powerful items added with the expansion, it allows you to hit faster, cast faster, hit HARDER and cast harder

also with ToA came master levels which gives you an extra spell line full of funky stuff

so how exactly do u cast harder anyway? i mean, all the caster does is wave his arms around abit...

and yes, dont expect much of any grouping at lower levels anymore (or at all). most ppl seem to have misunderstood this game for a single player game, as all they do is run around with a buffbot PL'ing themselves....

yes i know they play the game how they want, but /yawn to that? cant they find a better excuse....

Nope - thats the patch after. Closer to 3-4 months away than 3-4 weeks
