I believe cake solves everything. If someone is having a bad day, cake. If someone is bullying another, give the victim cake and tell the bully that he'll get cake too if he's nice.

If in a serious manner, i mean that the schoolsystem is lacking, among other things, positive rewarding, moral boosting and other such elements.

In general, people feel like crap(especially young people) and feeling good, makes for a good person.
