the only thing is I've burnt it onto vcd and deleted the files off my computer and don't know how to reverse the process; all I can do is copy the CDies Or you could just fire up Kazaa and get it where I, thought of getting it from

Get the massive .dat file off the CD. Copy it to your hard disk. Rename it to .mpg. Job done. It's not strictly a VCD-compliant image, but it will work fine. If you want one of them, use VCDGear.
