I'm worried about a Rottweiler, I walked pass the front garden Friday in a house by me, and it was up on the fence try to bite me on the arm was thinking of knocking the door to warn the owners think it is wise to do this? I'm am worried about the public not just me as i drive and never normally walk this way

The owners sound irresponsible and are wholly culpable if a member of the public gets bitten
If you complain to the owners, they'll either laugh in your face for being a wuss, set the dog on you, or just threaten you and tell you to fuck off.

The thing is the way I see is that what if the dog attacks a young kid and you knew the dog looked or seem dangerous. I know its not the dogs fault and its prolly only protecting its own territory.

In my opinion do what you think is right. I got bitten by a dog a loooooong time ago just through stupidity leaning over next door neighbours fence because our ball went over it and the dog got put down.

Its all a matter of 'what if it actually happens to somebody else'.

I'm sure you know what the right thing to do is.

the dog may have been acting like my old german shepard did. would bark and snarl and look like he was trying to bite you but once he actually got to you he wold just try and lick you to death. guard dogs are often trained to look nasty but when you actually get to them there soft. I would like to add i didnt train my dog to be like that he was like that when i got him
