Go into internet settings, temp internet files, and find the file you just watched. It will be time stamped, so easy to locate
Next copy to desktop
Rename as an .FLV file
Convert to Windows Media (or whatever format your phone can play - eg MPEG4)

or use any of the youtube download programs available - there are loads

Synch with phone / transfer with memory card
