I never played this when it first came out, and to be honest I'm having trouble believing this game is almost 6 years old. It looks better than a lot of games being released today.
I loved ground control, and this game feels exactly like that - only with updated graphics, improved gamplay and real-world instead of futuristic themed.
The 'modern warfare' mod still appears to be active, and this improves on the graphics and adds in new features which are pretty jaw-dropping in places.
It's games like this that make me nostalgic, remembering 'teh olden days' of pc gaming where things were in-depth enough to be engaging but simplistic enough to be fun.
