Scandinavians are lazy ***** so what works up there in the dark doesn't cut much ice in Blighty.

Hey, i've heard that before from a lot of folk, but scandinavians work the whole work time and don't lounge around the watercooler or gossip about big brother

As rynnor suggested, get down to your doctor and play the stress card a couple of times for a week or so. You sound stressed anyway fella so it isn't much of a con but what it does give you is medical justification for refusing all overtime. Contrary to what they might think you cannot be forced into working unpaid overtime, it never holds up once you get to ACAS especially when you are being forced to do it and others aren't.
