Install Messenger Plus! (really take notice during install, to prevent installing a ad-ware thingy), and in the plus preferences menu, conversations tab, quick texts chapter, add the quick text that you would like to add.

while you're at it, before installing Msgplus, install A-Patch to clear msn from cluttered lay-out and advertisement shit
(a-patch needs to be applied on a clean messenger, hence before installing msgplus)
