hmmm, not so sure bout that, I'm pretty sure I've read somwhere that leaning forward while *ahem* having a motion, is more beneficial as it aligns the passage or something. Pushing, while leaning back does'nt sound too great to me either.

Seriously, poo-monsters. If you regularly have to strain, grunt, squeeze and generally pop eyeballs to release your chocolate hostages then that's a pretty unhealthy sign. Eat more roughage, get more exercise, whatever, poo-pain is a warning of troubles to come.
