WMV codec problems

I've noticed some trouble in playing this video in both WMP and WMP Classic, the file plays fine on my flatmates linux box, and even weirder, when loaded into GSpot it plays it back fine. I've reinstalled both WMP10 and the WMP codec pack (off microsofts site), and still this file refuses to play back properly, it stutters every second, and there is no sound. I've also played other wmv files I have on this machine, and they work perfectly, and even use the same codecs for playback according to GSpot:
Src -> DMO:WMVideo Decoder DMO -> DivXG400 -> Video Renderer
Src -> DMO:WMAudio Decoder DMO -> Morgan Stream Switcher -> MatrixMixer - Morgan Stream Switcher -> Default DirectSound Device

Winamp refuses to even play the file, so I'm thinking that a rogue file is messing up somewhere, any ideas?

Plays ok for me, but i'm having some problems with WMP playing audio/video out of sync on wmv files and some files refuse to play altogether citing a "error locating codec" error.

Starting to bug me .
