as far as i can see only the cast speed % is lacking but hopeing to cap dex with RA and ill be running with a BG pally so its mainly just a pbaoe bomd template

Yeah you defo want castspeed at 10%, also 12% powerpool is way too low, specially for an icewizz.

Sorry, was in a worse mood than usual when I made the post.

You really really really really want 10% cast speed and at minimum (very minimum) 5% + 1 charge of piercing.

Add Jacinas Sash and Cloudsong to your temp, remove the sleeves and replace bos with ebon hide and Erinys charm and you got a nice temp.

You can't improve it much without adding artfacts. It's up to you if you want a good template or if you want a bad one.

Also, with lacking 5% cast speed you loose 30~ dex,.

get cast speed to 10% if you can, as well as spell dmg, cuz it's all you have as a wiz anyways.

well you can allways add Traldors. 5% castspeed, 5% pierce and a charge. but ofc lacking tart is not nice either. then again casting faster = more damage too.

Thjats the cheap repair ofc. other than that you need more artis to me good.

Imo use your wizard as farmbot and make a more useful class

If u want to stick though to him i would recomend to go for gov, cs, ebon, cb, at or erinys, tart, madening,and immo ring.

Being ice u have the advantage of earning a lot of money from scrollfarming ( dv hunts etc). Take advantage of it and make a fine template

with JS and CS i have 10% speed 9% range 9% damage but only 95 dex at mo trying to find some thing with 8dex cap + restist but its coming along nicely now though

with champstaff, immo\gov\sootboots\mt you get 26 dex\int cap..

add golm and jac sash to that and you get 11castspeed 10dmg 11range^^
