You are right there, everyone expected me to do poorly in IT, i was "a late starter" and didnt have a good education ,the teacher ecxpected i get a D or under, but i worked harder thn i ever done in the Coursework (Slacking off in other subjects to get it done) and i guess i was lucky in the written exam.

Shame it resulted in a IT grade then, really, isn't it? Should've put the effort into something thats valued. IT is as fucking redundent as Media Studies.

Yea.. i wanted to "Learn" more in English / Maths, coz with IT, it would have helped a lot, but at that time, i didnt know what life was gonna be like, and took it all for granted, id need to start my life right from the beginning to make amends... if only i could

I've learnt more about IT in the first 12months I was using the network there than I did in the two years I was doing my BTEC.

The BTEC did help in that it gave me an edge over other candidates.

(Bare in mid this was a school leavers position)

coz this is scotland frizzeh last year i sat my highers and got good results so when i applied to uni they accepted me regard less of this years results
