There are currently some rumours about certain named hibernians using bots to raise spellcrafting/alchemy. Personally i think this is just as bad as using an aimbot in a game like counter-strike, you ruin the game for the other players. I couldnt care less about what you do in a single-player game but in a game where you "compete" with other players actions like these should result in a banning as far as i am concerned. Bots will make you hit your cap a lot sooner than the rest, you will monopolize the market others have worked hard to get a share of and to an lesser extent you will even upset the balance in rvr for a while.

Would you buy from someone you knew where using a bot?

But no i dont agree with it. Was tempted once but never did it. I think the crap crafting system is partly to blame though.

Think about it crafting mens 6 quid a month for repeatadly pressing a button.

Also remember if someone is runnin a craft bot they will need to buy all the items they need to make a lot of one set item

Then they would only gain points while that item conned to them, after that the future items would not gain them any points.

This would mean they would have to move onto another item to gain points. How could a macro understand this?

Mind u if someones took the hassle to sit and code this good luck to em its a saddo thing but heay if ur willin to waste ur life coding for a silly game fair enough

Although you could do this its against the CoC so you will be banned. We should all have it etched instone by now that the use of 3rd party programs is illegal.

Yeah I used a craft bot to get 500 SC in 5 days

If you lot spent more time playing the game instead of moaning at everyone else that plays you may find the game more fun and actually get some levels / RPs / Crafting points yourself.

If people use 3rd party programs or bugs to gain an unfair advantage in the game then that makes me enjoy the game less. I do think the better part of the comunity feel like that. Just one simple answer .. delete their tradeskill and ban them for 7 days.

Gosh, why do you have to do this shit ?

If crafting is too boring for you then don't do it and buy your stuff from those who do.
If you have the ingame-money to pay a craftbot going up to 1.1k, you can easily afford to buy all stuff you'll ever need for your char or all your 4 chars on your account.
But as we (i refer to the thinking part of the gaming community) all know:
Cheaters are just plain stupid.

Maybe like an animal offered too much food that eats itself to death.

Think about it, you destroy the game with this for you and all others.
