Windows XP Internet Connection Sharing

Ive found a way on the MS KB to change the IP range thats used with ICS in Win ME & 98. But I cant find nothing for XP? Can it be changed?

How to enable Internet Connection Sharing on a home or a small office network connection in Windows XP

You cannot modify the default network configuration after you enable Internet Connection Sharing. This includes changing the range of private IP addresses that are handed out (DHCP allocator), enabling DNS, disabling DNS, and configuring a range of public IP addresses.
