windows vista an music player?

Anybody who can tell me why the only damn music player that will run proberly with out lagging in the sounds when ever i use my computer for anything else then watch my deskstop is media player? running vista on amd turion 1600 x2 64 an 1024 ram, i know it isnt much but i should be abel to use winamp an browse the internet with out my sound lagging like shit, but when i use media player there is no problems.. An i hate fucking media player 11

it was preinstallet on my laptop when i got it an been to lazy to reinstall to windows xp been think i will do that soon if i dont work this out

I don't have any problems with Vista btw and my laptop is everything but high end.

Make sure winamp is Vista compatible and then try the compatibility mode. As if MP11 runs ok it points at winamp being the problem.
