windows outlook express standard layout

hello i got alitle queston considering outlook express


when i press the new email botton a clean page appears.

now when i press new email i want the same standard layout in it.. when i have maked the layout with what i want in the email how do i then save it so it will appear when i press new email?

You can use "stationary" to make your emails look the same, but they're evil HTML emails that most people tend to despise when talking to friends etc. Or you could use a signature (little bit of text stuck on the bottom).

Microsoft has a how to guide on using stationary and signatures.

now this i want be auto written in every mail i start because that spetular computer will only be used to that 1 purpose (i have allready maked a file my boss can click on who do the same thing). But hes not happy about it because he want to save time if it is allready written when i start new mail.

i tryed read from the link you gave me but it does not look like the thing i was trying to find =)

Oh, you mean a template.

Ain't got the foggiest, I use Thunderbird :)

Thunderbird, a damn good email/news/rss reader.

I think what you need to do is make some stationery with the the design you want, and you should be able to set that as default mail format.

/edit indeed you can, Tools -> options -> compose, check mail box in "Stationery" section and choose a stationary html file, possibly one you've designed
