Windows boot disk.

Hey all I recently wiped my PC using something called Dariks Boot and Nuke, now unfortunately I used the Linux version without my realising, the HD wiped as far as I'm aware and I'm attempting to reinstall Windows off a disc i got off torrent cos i lost mine and it's refusing to boot. This could be a problem with the cd so I'm making another but could this be a problem with the nuking software I used?
