Windows 2000 Group Policy - options missing?

We run a windows 2000 (SP4) domain, with XP SP2 clients. By default this enables Windows Firewall, which as well as being crap also prevents Symantec AV client being pushed out over the network.

I had the bright idea of changing the default Group Policy to turn the firewall off, and looked it up. I can see where the option *should* be, but the version of gpedit doesn't have the firewall settings.

Any idea how I can get these new templates/options?

Basically you need to login as a domain admin on an XP SP2 computer and modify the group policy.
