Never fully built a PC before from scratch and I'm going to be doing it for my next one. - As I don't like buying PC parts online I'm going to be buying (look around ofc) the parts seperately. So for finding the primary parts I'm looking at PC world... So would these work together:
ECS KN1 SLI A939-AMD Mobo (Socket 939)

Athlon 64 4400+ DUAL CORE CPU (socket 939)
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...4&tm=undefined&sku=768208&category_oid=-28011
2x 1Gb PNY RAM
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...0&tm=undefined&sku=873860&category_oid=-28001
COOLERMASTER - VORTEX TX LGA 775 AND AMD COOLER
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...6&tm=undefined&sku=020210&category_oid=-27993
SAMSUNG - 300GB HDD
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...2&tm=undefined&sku=567856&category_oid=-27985
JEANTECH - PSU
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...5&tm=undefined&sku=786244&category_oid=-28017
Would all these pieces work together? (Yes, I'm willing to change bits if needed) Also; what cables would I need? Would I need to buy them seperatley?
Cheers for replies.
PS: What about the AM2s? - Willing to spend a bit more cash.
PSS: I know I need a case
So no "you forgot the case" comments.
