Will RvR be more active anytime soon?

Think from an alb prospective if you port to emain its bad enough getting a decent full group when you do finally get one you end up facing unkillable mid pbae groups full of RR7+. For the non RvR guild grps being killed all the time within 5 seconds just puts people off emain and RvR. This then leaves even less people to fight these uber grps so when one decent alb one comes it cant face 2-3 mid ones.

I have to say it must be even worse for the hibs with their population.

The only other alternative people has is keep takes and the zerg that causes.

The server is not what it used to be and seems to in the last few weeks have become stagnent.

Imo it's the zergs that do it. Give more RvR content!

why on excal ppl just bring bigger zergs in emain and on pry they go pve or log?:)

random grps don't come out for the same reason, they don't see any point fighting a perfect grp they can't beat
and pbaoe is pretty easy, hell get your bow out if your desperate :p

seriously tho, excal has more people to bring in the masses.

Looks like more decent mid groups then albs group out atm, but when i look at realm ranks there sure is more high realm rank albs then mids even hibs have more.

cant the 'random ppl' zerg in 2 fg then? 1 fg '1337d00ds' should be killable then :)

TH eproblem I have is even after a year and a half of playing I only have 1 level 50 and he does not fit into any real rvr group tmeplate. I am forced into random pickup groups usually without any sorcs/clerics or even friars and just keep getting farmed by these perfect groups with 2-3 buffbots each at the pk. If you are a casual player there is little point in going rvring any more. I remember when odins and hadrians used to be full of soloers of all calsses, but now partly due to the utter overpoweredness of some classes and general cowardess amongst players, I almost never find one vs one fights. A usual rvr session for me involves sitting around for 5-10 minutes at a pk looking for a group. People gladly accept my buffs but rarely invite me... AFter a while I'll give up and head out to the milegate where I'll hopefully get attacked by a lone stealther and get a kill before beng steamrolled by the nearest fg... It's not as though a necro is really a terrible class in rvr.. I'm sure one could be used effectively in melee heavy groups.

People keep saying you should just roll a tank or somethign like ti's something you can do in a couple of hours but thats rediculous.. I've 30 played days with my minstrel but only 46. I can't stand levelling at all anymore so I'm stuck with what I have. Pretty much had enough of this game myself especially considering at least 60% of the solo fights I win vs stealthers result in huge buff spams, so I daren't think what percentage of the ones who beat me have. RVR needs fising and with the rvr patch so far away, I can't see me keeping interested enough to keep me playing that long...

Well in all realms there is classes(or certain specs for classes) that do not fit properly into a perfect rvr group for each realm this is what fucks the game up bad,i mean if every class did there would be a lot more enemies in rvr areas.I always seem to see the ones who do not fit into the groups logging off:(

basically 60%+ of alb is fecked over for rvr unless they cba rerolling as a char to fit into a melee group.

once you've played in a "balanced" group you don't want to do anything else

sitting at pk for 1 hour > random pickup

Where the server population is lower I think they do, well the RvR aspect at least. There are peepe who enjoy the PvE aspect and for them life goes on regardless.
