Actually, it was Mael that logged, it was 22:55 or so after the last fight and we always log at 23 so might aswell log on a win.

a guildie of mine recorded some fights against groove since sunday, and after watching it the general conclusion is that if they didnt run 2bd's the would loose. but having said this, why should they not run 2 bd's they win and who wants too loose? ...you see my point.

all in all there support is prob best around atm, but u expect this from rr11/rr10 healers ;D

honestly, bringing up pre nf grp is stupid, so if its not memberr of that setup it wont count as a mael grp (i know they're not all mael, but many are. valg, boooomer, waddle and demodar was in mael set grp so he counts as well, and prob others, brite?)...

There's a difference between complaining about someones lack of English if they arn't a native speaker and complaining because someone posted something that just lacks any meaning at all.

I can live with poor English if you can work out what they are saying..

If you can't actually derive any meaning out of it at all, then they need to go back and learn better English before attempting to post on an English forum!

I am not a native French speaker, but if I was going to post on a French forum i'd make sure what I was writing was understandable to your average Frenchie, not just go and spam some drivel that meant nothing, then complain when someone pointed this out!

I know people are going to jump up and scream "ooooh but they're not English, stop being such an insensitive meanie!!111one" and in all honesty, I can't.

I am grateful to our foreign friends for making the effort to speak our beautiful and complex language - I know, who'd have thought that 'ph' was 'fuh' rather than a 'puh' - it makes no sense to me, and it's allegedly my native tongue.

In all seriousness - I don't mind spelling mistakes and grammatical errors - but this takes the piss. "will Maelstrom let collaps the agramon nights?" Does this random collection of letters mean anything?

True, many people around the world knows how to speak/type english but all dont, and even tho he doesnt speak it fluently its still understandable.
Picking on someone just because they dont speak their non native language fluently is beyond low, atleast he's trying.

There are many many people on avalon that simply refuse to speak english and tell us to 'go back to our own server or learn german.'
I know enough german to get around but i'm nowhere near in typing it fluently. Same with english, i have quite strong english skills but my english isnt 100% perfect.
Imagine if noone learnt anything else than their native language, wouldnt that be fun?

Sorry, but it's a German server for a reason. There should be rules in place, and GMs enforcing them; if you can't win an argument in the language of the server convincingly then you're off!

GMs should potter around randomly leeching players mobs and giving out random wedgies and then judge the argument that will undoubtedly ensue. All the time judging players argument skills - if you score less than 3/10 your toon is deleted.

Obviously said GMs might catch you on a bad day, in which case you can appeal, if you can quote 15 or more derogatory terms in the language of the server you're off the hook.

There are to this date only 2 english servers (1 if you havent made characters on different realms on the cluster) if you want a 3rd character on the 3rd realm you have no choice but to roll on a german or french server.
We chose avalon because it has the highest population, most people where very nice to us, welcomed us, gave us free stuff, crafted armor for us etc, and then we have the not so nice people.
Telling us to fuck off to our own server just cause we dont speak their language. ^^

Same thing kinda applies here and atleast he's doing his best, if its not good enough for a few people from the community then bloody boo hoo.
Would be one thing if it would be total bullshit noone could understand but atleast I can understand him and think many others can aswell.

Sorry, when has FH ever been a source of prime examples of written English? I don't think anybody can point out a single thread that is even close to being learning material. Which is fine, although often hideously misspelt, most make sense but are hardly recommended as learning aids.

Uhm, I don't know if you've been taking part in this rather interesting discussion with your eyes closed BUT, I said I had no problem with any form of post that I can understand, be it spelt wrong or not, hell the nationality of the person doesn't even matter. I know Danes that have a lot better written English than most English.
