Loved the line, 'I am not a fanbois' ..... yes you are! lol

Still sat on the fence with SSB, Think I may get Okami instead and buy SSB second hand in a few months time.

okami is good just wish they added some extras and perhaps added the bits left out of the ps2

The ZP SSBB review was spot on tbh.

The first one was fun...for a while - this one is just confusing and dull

We are all avoiding you Mop :)

Hmm.. Could it be something to do with your router? Are the ports that the Wii needs open?

I get the same issue, works fine for other games like Mario Kart Wii.

Yep, no problems at all playing Mario Kart, can get any number of random games.

With SSBB it seems to connect to nintendos wifi service fine (in fact it even told me it was downloading a new map or something yesterday when I tried), it lets me pick a character and select a map, but then it just sits waiting for other players indefinately - theres me beating on a punch bag on my own.

Finally got round to playing this properly this weekend. It's okay, but I'm not enjoying the nunchuck and remote as a control. Think I may dig out the gamecube controller.
