When I enquired the manager gave me a smile and agreed to sell it at the reduced price, when I went back a couple of hours later to pick it up all the other ones they had, had been sold to the staff for that half price

My dad recently went into Comet again and was looking at buying a Fuji Digital Camera Thermal Printer for something like £300 they had an offer on, "buy any digital camera and buy this thermal printer half price" so my dad bought the £35 digital camera/webcam and although the offer wasn't meant for that camera they agreed and did it. All of which shows that the smart (?) shops will realise that good customer relations are worth more than the money they may lose by honouring a wrongly-priced/worded offer
