Wicoessa's Proposition quest

I have been trying to do this quest....
I have 4 Pristine Ruins, but cant get Wicoessa to take them...
is it possible that because I didnt get all 4 myself, (IE group mate got 2 and handed them to me...) that that is why? or do i need to take them to someone else?

Asoeron is the named NPC in Hesp that buys the ruins you excavate. He will take 11 of them.
Prices are:
Weathered Ruins 10 gold
Fragmented Ruins 5 gold
Corroded 1 gold
Unidentifable Ruins 10 silver

That doesnt work...

He only buys the stuff that you get that isnt 'pristine'

if it says in your journal to take them to the npc and you cant its bugged and you will have to pm right now. If it still says in your journal to get 4 pristines you will have to farm 2 yourself
