Ok in a society were ALL people have the exact same view and someone breakes a common law/rule. But in a comunity this diverse im not sure a few are gonna be able to make their own witch hunts and crusades against another guy cause he have his own opinion in this game.
But then again nothing stops you to do that But as i mentioned here on exc/pryd you would fast notice that the very people you come across pointing fingers will backstab you next day and in end you would have hunted down and killed all the people you thought had "ur" view in the end

Actually, I see no reason why you shouldn't just "hang 'em out to dry" for the people who actually care to be informed about that kind of behaviour, the rest just don't have to bother. Personal/smallscale witchhunts are a part of everyday DAoC, people are gonna rub shoulders, and that's just normal. Obviously, things won't get better by beating up the adders in the same manner they themselves choose to fight, but atleast you know what to expect from that kind of people.

Adds happen, it's not always that easy to see when there's a fight going on, but it's quite impressive so far, how many actually care to respect fights here on EU-servers, compared to US-servers. Rotten eggs are everywhere, and generally in abundance, but it's still alot better so far.

Point is, you can always expect some people to "add" no matter what, and for people new to the server, or concerning new groups showing up, it's nice to have that kind of info, and as Gondath said, what's the point of an RvR-discussion board if you can't piss, moan and bitch at people?

Sure, serious discussions in all its flavour are nice and all, and can be very interesting, but RvR is one huge pissingcontest in the end.

Because I wouldnt want an attitude like that in my inbox if you replied like that. I havnt once used bad language but I wondered thats all. That you feel the urge to disrespect a simple question by trying to ridicule me doesnt bother me but makes me wonder.....

If people would pm eachother rather than making a thread whenever that happened, they might aswell pm eachother when someone raises a realm rank, or ask a friend about his opinion about a certain template, or bitch at someone for adding over irc, rather than FH, there wouldn't be any sense in having a forum at all, as it'd drop pretty much every thread other than certain public raid announcements and the like, which would reduce the forum to a public calendar.
Besides which, it might've been posted to trigger a discussion (which it did, judging from the size of the thread), rather than just getting a 'Ok, sorted'.

sadly enough it's the truth though, as it often happens like that and I could understand if the mods get frustrated =) Hey, I don't always agree with the thread locking or modding, but the mods are still humans who can even make mistakes. So I can understand if the frustration vents in some kind of irony or sarcasm =)

They dont get paid for the extra time they spend, and if they were truly biased or as u say bullys then i think you would find you would already be banned.
