Why no free days for server downtime?

In the good ole days GOA because of server downtime used to give their wonderful paying customers free days as a good will gesture.

So why no free days for the last four major crashes?

We SHOULD get free days; I would say 2/3 at least.

All post to GOA and demand what you are due!

I dont think they should be compensating for server downtime, they should be compensating for their inability to fix it!

I'm happier that they at least give us some news now, all they have to do is fix it now.

The server is fine the game ain't. It can't cope with so many on this engine. But we'll see what Mythic is gonna do about it. Since they had the problem too for some time according to many VNboard users.

And indeed for just 40 mins downtime you won't get a free day. It has to be at least 24 hours to get a free day.

hard to say since Bnet is free. Not really anything to worry about yet imo, they havent even decided on how much the monthly fee will be.

Lol i had to laugh , i got billed a month last month when Goa resubscribed me without asking even after being quit for 3 months , they then had 2 days downtime and finally decide to close my account again 3 days earlier than it should of .
Go figure.
