Bah that really sucks Tisme. I lost my dog 2 years ago after it had been uncureably (sp?) sick for 2 months. We had it put to sleep.
So I know what's it like to loose your pet.
Before you go blaming the driver , maybe he couldn't do anything about it. If it's dark , those things can happen......

as crule as it may seem, its not illegal to run over a cat and not stop, if he hit a dog he'd have to stop unless he wants to break the law.

my rabbit died last christmas but we sold him to the food factories, they pay you quite a bit for dead animals
We always get cat food with rabbit kind of flavours or rabbit pieces in it so who knows our cat might of eaten our rabbit

Everyone in my office saw this would like to express there sympathy for this
Christmas had always had bad memorys for me as far as pets go, when i was 12 my dog died(Yorkshire Terrier) on Christmas day, i was in the hospital with suspected menengitis(for 3 hours having Spinel fluid taken out of my spine...pain) the next day my hampster hanged itself while trying to excape from my hampster cage(I raised this hampster from birth and he was very special to me)

I find it fucking stupid how people act like a human being has died.
IT'S A CAT.
I just read a similar thread on some other gaming board, about missing/dead cats... but people are laughing about it, telling funny stories. None of this depressed end-of-teh-world shite.
I think I will write a FAQ to help people with posting regarding animal deaths. As Mr. Cowell would say, this is terrible.

... even worse imo, that people cares more about this stupid cat, "my condolences" and whatever, but not really giving a damn about those dying to <insert disaster/starvation/disease here> - but hey! who cares anyway, they're only making sure we can get cheap products here in the industrialized world anyway, so they're expendable

I think everyone ( i hope ) here is aware of that problem ......
