Why did u roll your gimp char?

I saw this screenie, where there was around 20 hammers on the screen and thought "Oh my god that´s cool!"

When I was a leveling viking everyone asked me what I´m gonna be... "I thought about a thane" I said. and everyone said:"Good choice!!"

NOwdays I cant even get a random pickup group

pffft not even level 20 BG groups would picced up a Thane if the Thane got a one day acces to bg 1!!

my brother got me into rolling my supp sm,first char i ever made was a kobbie h2h savage,if i had got that to 50 first i would probably be in one of the big rvr guilds on pryd as i would have been one of the first savages there :<

1st char, Hunter.

Charm pets, I am such a petlover, I loved having me own wolf and command it stuff. (Was beta).

Got to level 9 in 3 weeks, and deleted him after I borrowed 100g of a certain person who shall remained unnamed and I didn't want to pay back because I only was making 30 copper a kill, which would result in me farming for over a year.

Then made a shaman, all the way to level 20 (which was a high lvl then fyi ) and his spec was like, 10 aug 10 cave 10 mending or so

Well ok, not entirely gimps, after you know what I specced the hunter, but I'll leave that up for yourself to think of

First char in Retail was a Troll Skald, deleted him @ level 42 however, was pissed/drunk/stoned. Long story. Actually wasn't gimped though, well, in my eyes he wasn't, I mean there's nothing wrong with 41 battlesongs, 25 sword and 20 hammer right?

Then after a DAoC break, (still the old 1.38> days) rolled a Spiritmaster, everytime I'd /who Spiritmaster I'd get 1 match, my Idol whos name I forgot, a level 50 spiritmaster. Thought why doesn't noone play these guys? And went full darkness. Sort of found out why after having soloed to 40 never getting 1 single group (except with the set groups with Grotestiqle)

Lost my love for my spiritmaster when I couldn't take out 3/4 people solo anymore due to implented resists

Long story, cut short; My spiritmaster was actually my 1st real serious char, but mythic fucked that up, even with PBAOE because then we became a so-called "fotm", and I kind of liked playing a class noone would play much.

Oh well, give back 1.45

Rolled RM cause after playing Zerk, i wanted a char that could do something usefull at keepdefenses, afterwards i think i should made a SM instead but Bolts & Spears > Pet

Well i dont regret i made a RM as its a real fun char to play, even thou its not the FOTM and quadbolts albs

Had some good fun in pve and rvr but eventually went to the hybrid shelf.

reading through this post there are a lot of unhappy thanes about because they can't get a group..

so why doesn't someone put a regular thane group together (like every thurdays night <not a main fronter night >) and go out on a thane mosh??

it would be cool to see a herd of thane sweeping majestically across the plains a wave of hammers before them....

hell if I knew there was a regular thane only (maybe a healer or two aloud) group going RVR then even I may consider rolling one

I know i'm not mid/excal..but over on mid/pryd I was playing my zerk..saw a thanes mjoll spell and thought: omg I want that! so rolled a thane but it only got to lvl 32
