Why can't I take screenshots?

I press the right keys, I've even remapped the key and it still doesn't work. WTF is going on :*(

Any ideas will be greatly recieved.

hmm, u might be taking them, just not finding them, but saying that, there not hard to find, there in the swg folder, hmm, the original key is print screen, thats the one i use any way, but i cant get that ctrl + shift + printscreen stuff to work, for the other type of sshots, if u want help u need to give a bit more info then u gave tho
