Why bother with Bledmeer ?

Well, why is Bledmeer the first keep Albs/Hibs go for ?
I know it's the closest to PKs, but lately there're loads of crafters inside, whereas the other keeps got lower level doors, no defenders, no wood merchants etc etc.
I think the Hibs that attacked Bledmeer at ~20:00cet this evening gotta be annoyed how long it took to take the keep ... a lvl7 and a 43 kept them off for close to 2hours ... enough time to take 2 or 3 other keeps.
Still wonder why you didn't just move on

to make a long story short : LEAVE US CRAFTERS ALONE !

P.S. to all those Infils and Nightshades ... if you see a pink/black Norse in Cloth armor sitting at the forge ... dont bother to kill me, I ain't worth nothing and somehow all those who did died soon after. Really not worth the long way back

You mean as opposed to Crauchon or Crimthainn which have ALWAYS been the favoured keeps to capture even more so now that DF has come into play?

I'm pretty sure Crauchon is closest to the PK's out of all 3 realms.

Well, we won't get into why it took so long to break the inner door down ... *cough* reparing doors from above the gates *cough" . I asked the raiding party to move to a different keep but well, boys and their egos.

Shrug, who cares, the Albion boys and gals did a great job of capturing keeps alst night Entrance was still open when I completed my Epic so I logged there

for a change of scenery guardians of power took arkava or whatever its called near your relic cause we wanted some action was quite amusing to run up the ladder, quick cast aoe and then lag while all the mids burned.

We didn't repair from above the gates, we just stayed away from the gate as far as possible

Conversation in Bledmeer was kinda like this :

Crafter1 : Hibs out there !
Crafter2 : was about time...
AS : Hibs attacking Bledmeer !
Crafter1 : Nothin' we can do against those ... let's keep crafting
Crafter2 : Yea
<after some while the first Bodyparts of Hibs start showing through the 2nd door>
AS : Hibs are at 2nd Door at Bledmeer ... only one group, so wouldn't take too many ppl to send them back home
Crafter1 : How's it going ?
Crafter2 : Good, 3 gains since Hibs showed up .... 10xx now
<Gates are ~30%>
Crafter1 : Kinda useless without incoming Defenders, but wanna repair this door up to full ?
Crafter2 : sure
Crafter1 : Let's fill our inv's with material first though
<2nd door get's repaired to 100% again>
Crafter1 : CRAFTER POOWWAAA !
Crafter2 : hehe
...
...
...

we went back to crafting as long as the door wasn't too damaged

And to the Albs ... you showed up quite a bit later, and took Arvakr a lot faster ...

I organised a DF access raid today, with a decent bunch of folks. We took Hildskialf, Blendrake and Nottmoor. Then all went to suicide on Bledmeer. Does that satisfy you?

Very nice for a start, but how about taking Glenlock,Blendrake,Fensalir next time ?
Arvakr,Hlidsklaf and Nottmoor are on my route up to Bledmeer ... and kinda hard to avoid aggro mobs and patrols at the same time
