Well fact is that in wow im not level 60 yet, i dont plan on duing raids etc when i get to 60, untill then, the PvE is a fun change from the levling artifatcs in daoc

DAoC was my first mmorpg and still has some of the best gameplay available, and lately also seems to have been blessed with developers that actually listen to the customer base (could be better yes but could also be alot worse like in some other games i could mention). Its constantly evolving and changing and offering new features and content. You can play it casually, or hardcore, and see progress regardless. You can do PvE (Cata, ToA, farming powerful items, seals, crafting, buying and selling etc) or RvR (1 on 1, smallgroup, fullgroup, zerg, sieges etc).

My first mmorpg friends still play (some more than others, some only infrequently) and its a way to keep in touch with them. And DAoC has one of the best communities overal of any online game i would say.

That being said i keep jumping between games these days - i play some daoc for a while, then some WoW for a while, then alil guildwars, then i try some open beta or free 14 day trial of some game, or try some new one etc for a while. There are alot of nice games out there and playing anyone of them exclusively bores me. DAoC still feels like home though

When i have free time to kick back and relax i only really have 2 options watch telly or play daoc and no matter how bad dark ages sometimes gets it always beats the c**p on tv. I also havnt seen another game to rival dark ages either that would make me want to change.
