Can sympathise with you Red, I too sometimes have to go for a walk rather than strangle the living shit out of my, no frigging clue, boss. But at least he's here only 1 week in 6 and the rest of time he's 3700 miles away \o/.

As for the remedy:

Get an early night - Would have to stop playing DAOC, going out to the pub.
Stop playing DAOC for a day - Only just returned after a 5 month ISP enforced break so, can't. I'm working hard at getting addicted again.
Stay off tea, coffee, alcohol, unhealthy food, and narcotics - What's left!
Drink water - do during the day but beer/G & T/wine after 6 pm.
Get some exercise - Do a minimum of 40 mins every day. The second best form of stress management I know.
Get another job - this one pays far too well so difficult.
Get laid - The best stress manager, as long as the wife doesn't find out .
