You chaps remember this? It was brilliant. Just saw a clip of it and i was reminded of how funny it is. Apparently its not available on DVD though

Love it makes me laugh every episode. Clive Anderson used to host it and Drew Carey aswell, always prefered Anderson but some of the contestants are class.

There was a new comedy panel show on BBC a little while ago that used nearly the same format, called "Mock the Week" or something. Funnily enough it also involved Dan Patterson, but was no where near as funny as the old Clive Anderson days.

The Comedy Club by Leicester Sq do an improv night on Sundays which is very similar to Whose line is it anyway and has several of the same people e.g. I've seen Paul Merson there and Jodie whateverhernameis.

Yeah the improv nights at the comedy store use the same format, far funnier than anything you ever saw on TV though. Used to be Sunday and Wednesday nights but I haven't been for a while. Their website shows which comedians should be there on any given imrpov night.
