Man, so hard to narrow it down to just five. But if I had to pick just five(in no particular order):

There are of course some alternatives; I have an underlying thing for super intelligent, arty, sexy "about mid thirties" type of women (typically I like young women, or at least younger than me). Some examples would be Nigella Lawson, Kirsty Allsop and a younger Kate Bush.
